Granite Construction Declares Quarterly Dividend

WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE:GVA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2012 for all shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.
