Black awards presented this year by AGC America for its work on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, located in Alexandria, Virginia, and Interstate 15, located in Ogden, Utah. Each award identifies excellence in partnerships, celebrating the success of stakeholders in teambuilding, improving communication and delivering superior project quality.
